Ingredients

  • Vanilla gelato or ice cream2 scoops
  • Nørse cold espresso concentrate 8:160 ml
  • Toasted walnuts (optional)2 tbsp
  • Honey (optional)1 tsp

Method

  1. 01

    Place 1–2 scoops of vanilla gelato into a small glass or cup.

  2. 02

    Pour 30 ml of Nørse cold espresso concentrate directly over the gelato.

  3. 03

    Top with toasted walnuts and a drizzle of honey if desired.

  4. 04

    Serve immediately — the gelato should begin to melt into the cold brew.

NORSE Note

Use 30 ml of NORSE 8:1 concentrate per serving — it replaces one shot of espresso perfectly. No need to heat it; cold-on-cold works beautifully.
