About NORSE Cold Brew

Who We Are

NORSE is a Canadian cold brew coffee brand founded in 2021 by Steve and Alex — two friends shaped by Nordic craft traditions and a shared belief that great coffee is worth doing slowly. The brand is rooted in Scandinavian values: restraint over excess, quality over convenience.

NORSE operates in Canada, France, Germany, Sweden, England, and Poland. Its website is available in English, French, Swedish, German, Polish, and Dutch. Retail packaging is available in English and French.

How We Make Cold Brew

NORSE cold brews by steeping premium coffee or tea in cold water for up to 24 hours. No heat is applied at any stage. The process produces a naturally smooth, lower-acidity coffee with a clean finish. Nitrogen is infused into RTD cans to create a creamy, velvety texture without carbonation or added sugar.

  Nitrogen-infused ready-to-drink cold brew cans. Three flavours: Black Coffee (unsweetened), Cacao (deep cocoa notes), and Green Tea & Lemon. Sold in retail and direct-to-consumer channels across Canada.

• Cold Espresso Concentrate — 1L

  8:1 cold brew concentrate for home and café use. Three variants: Black, Vanilla, and Mocha. Can be diluted with water or milk, or used undiluted as a cold espresso substitute in recipes and cocktails. Shelf stable for 12 months. 180mg caffeine per 30mL shot. Full product details →

  8:1 cold brew concentrate in a bulk bag-in-box format. Designed for high-volume foodservice use including cafés, event catering, and restaurant groups.

• Caddies — 4L

  Plug-and-play cold brew caddy systems for offices, universities, and commercial kitchens. Requires no equipment, no preparation, and no barista. Ready to serve immediately.
