Espresso Caipirinha

Brazil's national cocktail meets cold brew. Cachaça, lime, and NORSE concentrate — bold and refreshing.

Brazil's national spirit reimagined with Nørse cold espresso concentrate and sweetened condensed milk. Smooth, sweet, and distinctly tropical — a beautiful meeting of two Brazilian icons.

Ingredients

  • NORSE 8:1 cold espresso concentrate1 oz (30 ml)
  • Cachaça or white rum2 oz (60 ml)
  • Sweetened condensed milk1 oz (30 ml)
  • Cinnamon stick, for garnish1

Method

  1. 01

    Fill a rocks glass with ice.

  2. 02

    Combine the Nørse concentrate, cachaça, and sweetened condensed milk in a cocktail shaker with ice.

    Shake well for 15 seconds until fully combined and chilled — condensed milk needs vigorous shaking to blend smoothly.

  4. 04

    Strain over the ice-filled glass.

  5. 05

    Garnish with a cinnamon stick and serve.

Sweetened condensed milk acts as both sweetener and creamer — no simple syrup needed. Shake vigorously so it blends completely.
