Ingredients
- NORSE 8:1 cold espresso concentrate1 oz (30 ml)
- Cachaça or white rum2 oz (60 ml)
- Sweetened condensed milk1 oz (30 ml)
- Cinnamon stick, for garnish1

Method
- 01
Fill a rocks glass with ice.

Combine the Nørse concentrate, cachaça, and sweetened condensed milk in a cocktail shaker with ice.

Shake well for 15 seconds until fully combined and chilled — condensed milk needs vigorous shaking to blend smoothly.

Strain over the ice-filled glass.

Garnish with a cinnamon stick and serve.
