Jalisco Espresso

Tequila, coffee, and agave come together in this bold twist on an espresso cocktail.

Reposado tequila meets Nørse cold espresso concentrate in this bold, slightly salty cocktail. The agave and coffee flavours layer beautifully into something unexpected and addictive.

Ingredients

  • NORSE 8:1 cold espresso concentrate1 oz (30 ml)
  • Reposado tequila1.5 oz (45 ml)
  • Coffee liqueur (Kahlúa)0.75 oz (22 ml)
  • Salt or saline solution1 small pinch

This cocktail contains alcohol. Please drink responsibly. 18+

Method

  1. 01

    Chill a coupe or martini glass in the freezer for 5 minutes.

  2. 02

    Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

  3. 03

    Add the Nørse concentrate, tequila, coffee liqueur, and salt or saline drops.

  4. 04

    Shake hard for 15 seconds.

  5. 05

    Double-strain into the chilled glass. No garnish needed — the frothy top is the look.
