A sophisticated stirred cocktail where bourbon, maple syrup, and aromatic bitters meet Nørse cold espresso concentrate. Bold, slow-sipping, and deeply satisfying.

Ingredients

  • NORSE 8:1 cold espresso concentrate1 oz (30 ml)
  • Bourbon whiskey2 oz (60 ml)
  • Maple syrup0.5 oz (15 ml)
  • Aromatic bitters (Angostura)2 dashes
  • Orange peel, for garnish1 strip

Method

    Fill a mixing glass or cocktail shaker with ice.

    Add the Nørse concentrate, bourbon, maple syrup, and bitters.

  3. 03

    Stir with a bar spoon for about 30 seconds until well chilled — do not shake; this is a stirred drink.

    Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.

  5. 05

    Twist the orange peel over the drink to release the oils, rub it around the rim, and rest it on the edge as garnish.
