Ingredients
- NORSE 8:1 cold espresso concentrate0.75 oz (22 ml)
- Rye whiskey0.75 oz (22 ml)
- Campari0.75 oz (22 ml)
- Sweet vermouth0.5 oz (15 ml)
- Orange peel, for garnish1 twist

Method
- 01
Fill a mixing glass with ice.

Add all ingredients: Nørse concentrate, rye whiskey, Campari, and sweet vermouth.

Stir with a bar spoon for 30 seconds until well chilled and slightly diluted. Do not shake — this is a stirred cocktail.

Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.

Hold the orange peel skin-side down and twist firmly over the drink to express the oils, then drop it in as garnish.

The bitter coffee and bitter Campari layer beautifully — balance with a quality sweet vermouth like Carpano Antica for best results.
