Mocha Martini

Chocolate and cold brew unite in this indulgent riff on the classic espresso martini.

A rich, dessert-style cocktail with bourbon, Irish cream, dark cacao, and a silky cream top. Indulgent and deeply satisfying — best enjoyed after dinner.

Ingredients

  • NORSE 8:1 cold espresso concentrate1 oz (30 ml)
  • Bourbon whiskey1 oz (30 ml)
  • Irish cream liqueur (Baileys)0.75 oz (22 ml)
  • Dark crème de cacao0.5 oz (15 ml)
  • Heavy cream1 oz (30 ml)
  • Grated dark chocolate, for garnishto taste

Method

  1. 01

    Chill a martini or coupe glass.

  2. 02

    Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then add the Nørse concentrate, bourbon, Irish cream, crème de cacao, and heavy cream.

    Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds — the cream needs a good shake to emulsify.

  4. 04

    Double-strain into the chilled glass.

  5. 05

    Grate dark chocolate over the top and serve immediately.
