Ingredients
- NORSE 8:1 cold espresso concentrate1 oz (30 ml)
- Bourbon whiskey1 oz (30 ml)
- Irish cream liqueur (Baileys)0.75 oz (22 ml)
- Dark crème de cacao0.5 oz (15 ml)
- Heavy cream1 oz (30 ml)
- Grated dark chocolate, for garnishto taste

Method
- 01
Chill a martini or coupe glass.

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then add the Nørse concentrate, bourbon, Irish cream, crème de cacao, and heavy cream.

Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds — the cream needs a good shake to emulsify.

Double-strain into the chilled glass.

Grate dark chocolate over the top and serve immediately.
