
Hibiscus Sour
Floral hibiscus, cold brew, and citrus in a beautiful layered sour. One of our most striking serves.
A vibrant, floral mocktail built around NORSE Hibiscus Concentrate. Fresh mint and citrus muddled with honey and orange bitters, topped with soda for a refreshing, alcohol-free drink.
Ingredients
- NORSE Hibiscus Concentrate1 oz (30 ml)
- Fresh mint leaves6–8 leaves
- Fresh squeezed lemon juice1 oz (30 ml)
- Orange bitters4 dashes
- Honey syrup¾ oz (22 ml)
- Soda water200 ml
- NORSE Hibiscus Concentrate (finish)½ oz (15 ml)
This cocktail contains alcohol. Please drink responsibly. 18+
Method
- 01
Combine hibiscus concentrate, mint leaves, lemon juice, orange bitters, and honey syrup in a mixing glass.

Muddle gently to release the mint oils.

Add 200 ml of soda water and ice.

Stir well for a good 30 seconds.
- 05
Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
- 06
Float an additional ½ oz of hibiscus concentrate over the top and serve.
NORSE Tip
Strain well after muddling for a clean, clear pour. The extra half-ounce of hibiscus added at the end deepens the colour and intensifies the floral notes.
